How It Works: The placement process for a nanny and/or babysitter starts with completing a family application & consultation where we'll discuss the details of your needs and get a good feel for how your family operates. After completing registration, we will screen candidates who fit your needs. You'll have the opportunity to meet potential providers and provide specific details regarding your child.

Prepare light meals and organize mealtimes/snacks for children. Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests. Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime. Watch for signs of emotional and/or developmental progress and/or problems in children and bring them to the attention of parents.
