Great place to crash for a few days. Very friendly staff and room was clean. Other than the constant smell of colitas rising up through the air, it was great !

The manger is very accommodating and very friendly. They are great about price matching and keep a very clean and neat location. Prices are very reasonable and they offer a nice breakfast and coffee in the morning.

My husband and our two young teens stayed in a room with two queen beds, and the room was surprisingly roomy. The beds had pillow tops and were very comfortable. There was also a chaise lounge, microwave, mini fridge, and large flat screen TV. It looked like the interior had been recently upgraded. I mentioned this to Alfredo at the front desk, and he confirmed there have been upgrades to the hotel, with more on the way. The continental breakfast was enough to fill us up in the mornings before we headed out to Universal Studios. We met three different people at the front desk during our four-night

Customer service was nice and fast.... Its an older hotel but the room was a good size and it was clean. I could hardly hear anything outside our room. Honestly we just needed a place to stay that was safe for the night and the beds were comfortable for the price you pay its a good deal.
