The Woolum family tradition in real estate started back in the Sixties when M.Terry and Norma Woolum opened the first real estate business in Versailles from their home office. With a farming and banking background, this was a perfect fit and a needed service for the community. In 1981 Steve joined the business, with Mike following in 1985.
