Services
Manual Therapy
Our manual therapy techniques address spinal and peripheral joint disorders through hands-on treatment. Certified therapists use precise joint mobilizations and soft tissue manipulations to restore mobility and reduce pain. This approach combines traditional methods with modern evidence-based practices for optimal recovery from acute and chronic injuries.
McKenzie Method
This systematic assessment approach identifies mechanical pain patterns through movement testing. Certified practitioners develop individualized exercise programs to centralize pain and improve spinal function. The method effectively treats disc injuries, joint dysfunction, and repetitive strain conditions through targeted movement patterns.
Energy Medicine
Advanced PEMF and molecular hyperthermia treatments accelerate tissue healing through cellular recalibration. These non-invasive therapies enhance blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue regeneration. The combined approach addresses chronic pain conditions and post-surgical recovery through electromagnetic field therapy and controlled thermal stimulation.
Radial Shockwave Therapy
Non-invasive shockwave technology delivers mechanical energy to injured tissues for accelerated healing. This FDA-approved treatment effectively resolves chronic tendon conditions like plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow. The therapy stimulates neovascularization and breaks down calcified tissue deposits through targeted acoustic wave application.
AposTherapy
FDA-cleared wearable system that re-trains movement patterns through dynamic foot pressure modulation. This gait rehabilitation approach addresses knee osteoarthritis, lower back pain, and sports injuries. The personalized program combines biomechanical assessment with daily functional training to improve joint stability and reduce pain.

I am extremely grateful for David, Zach, and the entire staff. The compassion and professionalism are uncomparable! I first saw a physical therapist in high school at another place and saw someone different frequently, which is NEVER the case here. The homework exercises and soft tissue work have alleviated my back pain significantly even in just a few sessions. Zach always goes the extra mile with consistent explanations and reviewing of the exercises and of my diagnosis. Additionally, if I need a last minute appointment or am in a lot of pain on a certain day, Zach makes a point to ensure that
