Lakeside used to be an A+ pharmacy. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Today was my last refill, I am forced to move along. Each refill over the last year or more has presented some form of hassle. They used to stock and fill meds same day, no longer. There is consistently a billing error and they have made manufacturer discount cards a hassle. Last time they had me wait 45 minutes, they told me my meds would not be complete before their lunch shutdown and asked if I would mind coming back later in the afternoon. I brought my mom by the pharmacy today to try and find something to stabilize her arm because the doctor told her today it was broken. They tried to fit her with something at the doctors office but it wouldnt fit so the doctor said to just leave her arm in the sling and it will be fine. When I arrived here at the pharmacy I explained the situation and a very nice young man named Robby was EXTREMELY helpful and VERY polite. He brought a couple a braces out to the car to show my mom and measured to make sure it would fit. We ended up needing to order one and have it delivered but We were very

Lakeside Pharmacy is and always will be the best place to get prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and other health-related items. The staff members are all extremely friendly and make you feel like part of the family. The pharmacists all have been well-trained and go above and beyond to help their patients get the best care. Lakeside is by far the greatest pharmacy (won Best of Forsyth many years in a row now) and just has the best customer service of any store I have ever been to. THANK YOU, LAKESIDE!
