This place is not suitable for human to live right now! Construction next to the building starts at 7:30 am and Monday to Saturday.

Amazing management. Very well-constructed apartments. Virtually zero noise between units, and -- overall -- a really pleasant experience. (Can't beat the location in terms of convenience for getting around the city.)

I recently moved to the east coast, but lived in the lofts at seven for 1.5 years and had a great experience. The building is in my opinion truly a hidden gem in the tenderloin, especially considering the cost of living in SF. The overall building is safe with multiple secured doors (outside door to the lobby and lobby door to the elevator and other areas) and double gates for the Parking garage and bike storage area. Additionally the building owners and team ensures that common spaces are properly cleaned on a daily basis and the overall responsiveness if something needed to be fixed in the

I liked living here. The tenderloin has its challenges, but this community is full of great food and culture. I believe it's up and coming! The landlord has always been responsive to me.
