We get to know your business and your needs. We discuss the services that will help you, and provide an engagement proposal with up-front, flat-fee pricing. You pay a fee for your accounting, payroll, and sales tax - based on volume and complexity. And we can also bundle the fee for preparing your business tax return and individual stakeholder tax returns as well.

You can search for your state's updated information (by holding down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and pressing the F key (Ctrl+F = "Find")). All FEDERAL tax payments, including estimated tax payments that are due on 4/15 have been extended to 7/15.
