DO NOT APPLY HERE. They just want your money after being told i would qualify for this apartment and the sister ones with my pay stubs they told me to apply to both, then denied me and kept my money. Ridiculous, especially since both applications were $250. Horrible ppl to work with, be cautious.

Love the piero! I wanted to also Acknowledge Zoila ! She's a team member at the piero! I moved in back in October 2020 and she's been always such a pleasure to be around. Every time she sees me she says hello and we have a beautiful conversation. She's very hardworking and she always keeps the hallways and elevators clean. You can tell she loves her job! I also love all the other staff members ! Always a pleasure to get a good morning ! And a hello especially before a long work day! Thank you Zoila and all the team members at the piero! Brittany Shannon is the absolute worst. not only did she pocket my application money but she spent it on a gucci purse. on the day of my application interview we were conversing and i noticed a blue mink purse from ross. after being assured my application was passed and i was approved for the apartment, we went thru all of the paperwork just for her to suddenly cancel and decline it all on me. scandalous. she wouldnt return any of my calls after that, so i had to pull up on her at the leasing office. she looked surprised like she didnt think i would come. i surveyed her office and noticed

THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST LIVING EXPERIENCE SINCE MOVING TO LA , Ive since lived in Hollywood under redwood urban and they were okay , The people who gave this 5 obviously dont live here and 90 percent of the pictures are edited to look the way they do , like a commercial (more enticing) , if you dont do it yourself around here it wont get done , bathrooms in gyms are disgusting steam room hasnt been properly cleaned in months , hot tub works on and off , door to the main gym broken forcing you to walk around , homeless people in the garages ,loud parties can be heard from across the

The Piero is amazing. The location is right in the mix of things in downtown Los Angeles. The units are spacious and well designed. They have everything that you need including resident services, gym, conference rooms, multiple libraries, study rooms, and a beautiful pool overseeing downtown. The staff is also helpful whenever we have questions. Special shout out to Melanie Fann who took great care of us and made us feel welcomed from the beginning.

The team in Piero is professional to help out on the leasing and residential services. Special thanks to Melanie, Greg and Juan. The location in Piero is great to access to all the freeways in the heart of DTLA. And the amenity is really awesome with the pool, fitness centre and library.
