I have had nothing but positive experiences with the doctors and technicians but unfortunately the front office staff have really ruined the whole experience. I don't know if it's just their flawed system but they are very disorganized and do not return phone calls or emails. Scheduling is a nightmare. I've been told from the doctors on multiple occasions to schedule follow-ups for three weeks out but the front office staff cannot accommodate - claim that they're booked out two months for a simple follow-up. They seem to have a lot of trouble with insurance plans and ask me

I called and was told I could bring in a script and they would take care of us and they did. It was painless and the staff was super sweet and understanding. Excellent! I was referred to Dr Hoven by Dr Rose (Four Corners Eye Clinic - also excellent experiences). Due to staffing shortage I expected to be delayed or stressed staff, however, everyone (all 3 staff I interacted with) was calm and communicated clearly. The reason for delay was a regular customer with a serious eye emergency. I still received excellent care at all points of my visit. Dr Hoven was fantastic addressing my unique eye health concerns and staff helped with navigating vision insurance. I recommend Advanced EyeCare.
