I am Paula Doane and I take great pride in providing superior and affordable therapeutic massage and body work in Greeneville TN and the surrounding Greene County TN area for both men and women. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a graduate of Reflections of Health School of Massage in Johnson City, Tennessee.
I have taken workshops specifically for frozen shoulder and neck release and I am a member of The American Massage Therapy Association. Where will my massage session take place? Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a private quiet room at my office location and you will lie on a table specifically designed for your massage comfort. In chair office massages are available by request. Do I have to completely undress for the massage?

I was blessed to meet Paula a few weeks ago. After suffering with a frozen shoulder for months I tried physical therapy (21 sessions each an hour in length and each session costly). I do respect the therapist and they are certainly important and do great work; however I had no relief at all, I was still in excruciating pain and I had been to two orthopedic surgeons with no relief.
