Meet The Team

Dr. David Wardlaw, known as Dr. David to most of his patients, focuses on providing clinical excellence and great results in a pleasant and positive environment. Dr. David grew up in Little Rock and followed in his father's footsteps to become an Orthodontist.
He attended the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and then went on to specialize in Orthodontics at Washington University in St. Louis.Upon graduating in 1989, he joined his father, Dr. Fay Wardlaw, at Wardlaw Orthodontics. His father retired in 1997, and Dr. David has been treating patients as the sole orthodontist at Wardlaw Orthodontics ever since.

Invisalign

The incorporation of Invisalign into our practice has been a game-changer. My Invisalign journey started in 2016 when I completed my Master's course in Invisalign treatment. The most important takeaway was that it demonstrated how capable aligner therapy is in treating many types of complex orthodontic problems.

At Wardlaw Orthodontics, we are constantly striving to provide orthodontic care that is efficient, effective and comfortable. One of our systems that sets us apart from other orthodontic practices is our use of the "Indirect Bonding" method of applying braces to the teeth. This method, used by only 20% of orthodontists in the country, allows us to attain a beautiful orthodontic result in less time and with fewer visits necessary.
