Simply put, this salon is very off-putting. Lead staff with blonde hair would benefit from practicing kindness. The nonchalant/uncaring attitude and energy was highly uncomfortable. Never again.

If you want to be met with disrespect and just complete disregard, waste your money here. You'd think while small business are trying to stay a float they'd be more compassionate but that is the first thing this place lacks. If you're not white with blue eyes and blonde hair, I implore you to spend your time elsewhere. It's 2021, get it together ZaZaZoo

I'm pretty disappointed with my experience here. I got a no chip done a week ago and within a 5 days, five of my nails have chipped. I went back to get them fixed and they did but weren't very apologetic & made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The very next day after getting my nails fixed another nail chipped. I've only had them in for 8 days. No chip manicures should not come off that easily.

They did a great job on our nails. My friend did no chip and I did regular. They both turned out really fantastic. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they didn't have tips, which is what my friend initially wanted. And it was HOT in here. My friend and I are usually cold everywhere we go, but we were sweating in there. Maybe it was just that day though.

Do not go here. Woman at the front is so rude. My friend and I had an appointment scheduled and we showed up right on the dot. She refused to take us and said she didn't have the appointment. She didn't even try to accommodate us or rebook. Will never be going back.

Honestly don't even bother going here if you're coming for a pedicure. Paint job is fine. But my heels are not even exfoliated. They look the same as I did before walking in. She didn't even try to scrub my feet. There's so many other salons in the area. Go elsewhere.

Very friendly, super clean, and professional. Make sure to book appt Prior to because they are extremely busy. You can tip through venmo!
