Worked with John and Chris Shinn to completely replace our roof, skylights, and install an additional skylight. We were a little skeptical when they said they would have it all done in one day - which really was essential because it rained every other day that week. But 1 day it was! The crew was big, showed up on time and worked efficiently all day to complete the job. They also did an incredible cleanup after. I am a real estate agent, and this was one of the best experiences with a roofing company I can remember. The communication was excellent throughout and just overall very professional.

A year later and still have not received my $200 deposit. And I see others have had the same problem. I don't know how they stay in business treating people like this.
