Our goal at Results Neck & Back Therapy is to provide excellent customer service and quality physical therapy services in an effort to help Central Oregonians regain and maintain their quality of life in order to be able to participate in all the activities our area has to offer. I suffered from chronic, debilitating low back pain until I started an exercise program utilizing MedX equipment.
In the 9 years since, I have had no significant back pain. This result led me to start a neck and low back program in Bend, Northstar Neck and Back Clinic. Our scientifically authenticated outcomes showed greater than 80% significant improvement in our low back patients and greater than 85% significant improvement in our neck patients.

Lesley grew up in Shelby, Montana. She attended PT school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, where she earned her MPT degree. She then spent the next 10 years working in several different out-patient physical therapy clinics in California and Hawaii, in addition to working as the Rehab Director at a rural hospital in Montana.

At Results Neck & Back Therapy, we believe our role is to help the patient achieve the fastest, most optimal results. We also feel it is very important to provide our patients with a means of maintaining their functional improvements so they will no longer need to rely upon additional costly treatments.
Chronic Neck Pain

After an evaluation that includes taking a detailed history and assessing your range of motion, strength, reflexes and sensation, we will develop a plan to address deficits or areas of concern. Each patient will be provided a home exercise program and advice pertaining to body mechanics and posture.
Acute Spine Injuries

Because the majority of acute (recent onset) injuries to the neck or back resolve on their own within one to two months, most patients do not require a significant amount of treatment intervention following a strain. Education, advice and guidance regarding what to expect as tissues heal, activity modification, and what can be done do to ensure maximum recovery is the staple of our treatment approach.
