I went to pick up my mothers medication. I waited in line for 5 minutes while one person worked the register. He was busy helping someone. There were more than 5 reps working and not a one decided to help me. I am a black man. It took another person, not black, before someone came from behind the work counter to help me. I will never come back to this establishment. The damage has been done.

Had the medication I needed that was out at 15 plus pharmacys or was refused.
Had a transfer from the prior pharmacy
I noticed our of the 4 bottles, 1 said this has been compounded especially for you. I suppose they made it in the back. Pretty cool

Great staff & service, high quality products! I had a consultation with Jim Hrncir and he took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Jim really cares about his patients and has a lot of patience to answer questions and clarify things. I highly recommend this pharmacy!
