Founder John W. Repsher's interest in physical therapy and helping people recover from injuries began in 1965 as a collegiate athlete.

The Guldmann safety harness is a high-tech system of overhead support that allows patients to gain confidence while safely performing weight bearing exercises.
Biodex Balance System

Repsher and Associates Physical Therapy utilizes a state of the art computerized balance system Designed by Biodex. This system allows our therapists to identify a potential balance problem in just two minutes of testing by comparing balance test results to age-dependent normative data. Once identified, patients can take part in a training program to correct functional deficits in their balance.
Guldmann Safety Harness

The Guldmann Safety Harness Mobility System is a high-tech product manufactured in Denmark that allows patients to walk safely by being suspended from the ceiling while wearing a harness. Repsher and Associates Physical Therapy has been a leader in the Capital District working with balance impaired patients using this system.
AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill

Repsher and Associates Physical Therapy is happy to announce the addition of the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill to our practice. The AlterG treadmill provides patients with a unique rehabilitation and training experience. Using NASA-developed Differential Air Pressure (DAP), our physical therapists can adjust the AlterG treadmill to apply gentle lifting forces using air pressure to unweight patients to as little as 20% of their body weight.
