Dr. Lenhart practiced comprehensive restorative dentistry in the Toledo area for 12 years. His experience brings a special understanding of functional occlusion, comprehensive dentistry and its impact on orthodontics. Dr. Sherman is continuing the tradition her father has established for providing excellence in orthodontic care to the Sylvania area and surrounding communities.

Growing up with Dr. Lenhart for a father, it was only natural for Dr. Sydney Sherman to gravitate toward the field of orthodontics. She witnessed firsthand how an orthodontist can make a difference in patient's lives-in not only their smiles and health, but their confidence as well. She saw her father build relationships with families who, now several years later, have brought the next generation of patients to our office.

In 2004, Dr. Lenhart purchased the practice of Dr. David Wells located at 4747 N. Holland-Sylvania Rd, which currently serves as the Sylvania Schools Administrative building. He had the opportunity to work alongside Dr. Wells for a year and a half before he decided to retire. In 2006, Dr. Lenhart decided he wanted to invest in a larger space for his patients, so he moved the practice into 4913 Harroun Rd. near Flower Hospital.

I absolutely love Dr.Lenhart and his crew! They’re amazing always with a smile and a wonderful hello!! I look forward to seeing them at my appointments Dr.Lenhart’s very professional and always pleasant during my visit and my teeth are looking great!! The Crew (more than just his staff) are the sweetest girls you ever could meet...I just love them all!!
