After spending some time considering how my time here was, I decided to leave an honest review. The staff on property was nothing short of understanding. They really did help us multiple times and made for a comfortable move-in experience. However, no matter how much the place was a simple and comfortable place to live, I just can't recommend it after all the unexpected hoops we had to jump through upon moving out. I just wish the communication with the property management company could have been more transparent and responsive.

Location is great. Close to grocery store, highway, gym, tons of restaurants. Its decently priced. However, neighbors play music very loudly and late into the night. So, if you have to get up early for work it starts to get tough. You can try complaining to the staff, but nothing will get done besides an email saying its unacceptable.

I used to live here. They seem like they've been updated a little bit. I'm giving it 4 stars only because the very thing I hated has not changed - the tiny kitchen. The addition of the dishwasher is a nice plus, but only one drawer and barely any space for a microwave and coffee maker is a huge minus in my opinion. And I never understood the point of having sliding glass doors with only a railing to keep you from falling to the ground below. Why not do some serious renovations and add the balconies?

I have lived at Romaine Court for 3 years, and really enjoy the peaceful environment. The office staff has been so attentive, and promptly taken care of all of my maintenance requests, and has allowed so many cool upgrades to my apartment. This is a great safe complex, and a superb value for the Oakley area. I highly recommend Romaine Court!

Karen with Fath Properties has been an absolute breath of fresh air to work with! Moving apartments can be a complicated situation and Karen made sure we were always taken care of and in great hands. She has met all of our requirements moving into the new apartments. She has also been super flexible with out move in date!

Do NOT live here or at any of the other Fath Properties. The only good things about living in this place are the location and the front desk staff. For the amount of money we spend in rent, you are treated as if you are just a monthly check. When we first moved in we were in a desperate situation to get out of our previous apartment because of a mold problem. So we settled after a quick search and a visit. Problems we've run into since moving in: having to beg for a functional air conditioner. The dumpsters not being emptied on a regular basis. Falling trees in the back parking lot. Cracks in our

I have lived here for the past two years and the Apt complex used to be average; safe, clean, maintenance was on time, etc. but, I must admit that after a few months we've been having an awesome upgrade on everything; new windows, carpets, painting, and it all started when we got our new landlord Shawna Miller, she has been great for this place, we also have a super handyman called Jason that is always willing to help with any situation that may appear. Together they make a great team. Romaine Court is a peaceful, very relaxed place to live!

Decent neighborhood, easy access to the highway, grocery stores and the like. The apartments are nice and they have good space (at least the singles are). Also, maintenance is top notch. Any issues I've had with my apartment to a leaking o-ring on my toilet to my broken garbage disposal were all fixed within a 48 hour window.
