Adam was extremely professional and polite from start to finish. I called on a holiday weekend, he accommodated my time and date request despite the short notice. We arrived two hours after the start time and he paused his work to go over any questions we had and allowed us to walk through the home with him.
I received the inspection within 24-hrs but was aware prior of all the things in it since he took the time to go over it in person the day of. He was very thorough and the report was user friendly and all extremely detailed. He had an answer to every question my husband asked and left us feeling very knowledgeable and confident about the state of our new home purchase.

We wouldn't want to be, and you shouldn't want to hire a Cheap Charlie inspector (no offense to those inspectors named Charlie); the risk is too great for the purchase of your home. Home inspections are priced based on square footage and age of the home.
