In 45 years of negotiating and buying cars, my interaction yesterday & today with Joey Mastin and Krystyna Hannon of Basic Auto Sales Ashland was, without doubt, the easiest, most stress-free car purchasing experience I've ever had. Last night, Joey and Krystyna listened closely to that kind of vehicle I described & immediately identified options that fit my desires & financing. After I settled on the make & model of the car, they produced the car this morning. I usually dread shopping for a car.. but we had a great buying experience! We needed a minivan for our family, and we found a great one! Our salesperson Krystyna was very friendly and sweet. Joe and Wendy did everything they could to help us get the best rate. We were not there long, and didn't have to haggle. Definitely recommend if you need a car!
