The St. Croix Regional Family Health Center is a private, nonprofit organization. We have been providing high-quality health care since 1991. We are also a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) which means that we treat our patients whether they have insurance or not. Patient care is our primary concern.

We offer discounts based on family size and income.
Meet Our Providers

Tara Dwelley has always enjoyed helping and caring for others. With a passion for learning and problems solving, Tara feels that being a Nurse Practitioner combines all of those elements. A graduate of Woodland High School, Tara received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
Becoming a Patient

We are accepting new patients and, in most cases, can schedule an appointment in a reasonably short period of time. To make an appointment at the health center, call 207-796-5503 during our normal business hours which are listed on the Our Healthcare Center page. A real person will answer the phone, ask you a few questions, and make an appointment for you.

We offer our patients easy and private access to their medical information online, so they can view their personal health record whenever and wherever they have access to the Internet. Patients will have access to their private health information and receive periodic updates and reminders from their provider on their personal email address.
