I highly recommend this company for home inspections. Travis performed a full home inspection, wood/pest infestation and radon test for the purchase of a home. He is prompt, professional, organized and thorough. He and his staff are always helpful and quick to respond. I contacted 4 inspection companies and South Central responded the quickest, had upfront pricing and offered all required services. I would highly recommend this company. Travis Hoverter is very professional and thorough. He covered places in that house, we would not have thought to check. When he found issues, he was able to make recommendations to help find solutions to the problems.
