I have been attending this school for almost 3 years. I can honestly say that it has been one of the most rewarding, yet tuffest things I have done! As a truck driver that runs in North city St. Louis, Mo. I feel confident to be able to defend myself against any threat. One cannot attend for a few weeks and expect to achieve something that takes an unwavering dedication and hard work. Nothing is given in this school. It's earned. I am thankful to Grand Master Bill Dalton and all the instructors for helping make my dream become a reality.

Excellent program & staff for adults and kids. I started the Tracys Kenpo Karate Troy program in January of 2012 at the age of 55 and Im still at it at 62. The program and staff are exceptional. Each student gets a private, 30-minute, one-on-one lesson and all are encouraged to participate in age-appropriate group sessions (separate sessions for adults & kids). There is no contract (you pay by the month) and there are NO testing fees. When you are ready to test, you test. If you know the material, you pass. This school is not a place to buy a belt. The program has high standards and

They take a personal interest in your child, and really do care that he or she has a focused, athletic, and active experience learning Kenpo karate. This style of karate blends a bit of Jiu Jitsu and focuses on rapid striking in succession. The prices are reasonable and your child will feel a sense of accomplishment. Highly recommended!!
