Yet the concept of who we are today essentially emerged several decades earlier through the vision of our founder, Owen Gahagan. Rockhill Manor, an "Assisted Living Campus" which provides supported housing for people who have been diagnosed with a chronic mental illness, was the first step in his plan to provide the most comprehensive long-term care available in a private setting.

He shaped the business with one goal in mind: to create a seamless transition between the pharmacy and care provider. Stacy's pharmacy experience spans over three decades, and he currently is a member of the MPA and American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. He is certified in Disease State Management Training and immunization.
