We were so excited our baby girl and Son had 1st baby! Ordered from "From you Flowers" paid extra to get it same day, didnt didn't come ! When I called said for inconvenience they'd upgrade, didn't come next day after several calls , really upset by now, finally came 3 days later , left this dinky little dinky
wicker basket,navy blue ribbon hanging off a little sky blue ribbon that didn't look at professional, sent 3 emails never tried to make it right! Shame hame Shame!

I declare this florist excellent. The orange bouquet arrived damaged.,.. One rose was broken. I called and they were kind and professional and I am overjoyed by the excellent customer service I received....Their bouquets are simply beautiful.

My aunt ordered an urn arrangement for her fathers funeral and it never got delivered. The funeral
home didnt know where it was and no one would answer when called about why it never got delivered. A very upsetting incident. We will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a florist.

Ordered 36 roses on 2-11. On 2-14 21 flowers arrived. I recognize that counting to 36 requires fingers and toes, and maybe a friend. Disappointing that on Valentine's day a *florist* can't count. If you call them, they are closed - so the issue cannot even be resolved. Admittedly, part of this is proflowers' fault. But counting to 36 is definitely the florist. Perhaps a revisit to Sesame Street would help.
