Cummings Property Management has a fiduciary responsibility to properly screen all vendors prior to authorizing service requests and bidding out contracts. In order to fulfill this responsibility, Cummings Property Management has signed up with a 3rd party vendor compliance firm named VIVE.

Books Only has been established to service community associations with a limited service package to provide basic management tools to communities at an affordable price.
Golf Outing
Report
Please join us for our 5th Annual Cummings Property Management Board Appreciation Golf Outing. After missing out last year, we are excited to host our Outing once again to show our appreciation for our Board Members! We will be playing 18 holes of golf and will be a four man scramble format. Please let us know if you would like to play with a fellow Board Member or need to be paired up with someone else.
