Crossfit has made my muscles super tight and uncomfortable, and each and every time I go to him he fixes me! He shows me exercises to do at home and is really knowledgeable about his work. Never met a Doctor that knows his stuff like Dr. Tom. Not only does he make you feel at ease about your worries/issues - you leave the office feeling 1000 times better than when you came in.
