Annual Program: Our annual program is a verbal committment of scheduling a monthly massage and gaining the benefits of regular massage and gaining some financial savings. See the chart for more details. Description: 15 minute special detail work for headache/migraine relief, kinesio taping, or specific muscle stretching.

After 30 + years in massage practice, and seeing lots of massage therapists use Essential oils, yet I never ventured into this arena, until. In 2015, I had a heel spur and a friend, into oils, brought me a roller bottle of Essential Oils and I rolled my heels every night and used a low grade ultrasound wand to press the oils, deeper, into the heel.
