Co-owner of Central Texas Tree Care, Andy brings a unique combination of certification, education and field experience to our customers. Andy holds an International Society of Aboriculture arborist certification (#WC3188). He also graduated from Virginia Tech, one of the nation's top forestry schools, with a degree in forestry.
While in school, Andy interned with a large lumber and paper company in Northern Florida for two years. After graduation, he decided to make a transition over to urban Forestry, finding it more interesting and personally rewarding. Andy has been saving and protecting trees for private homeowners ever since.

This lack of regulation has led to the practice of improper pruning and a host of immoral salespeople.

Our Austin tree trimming service provides only the highest quality trimming to International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) standards. Trimming needs are assessed based on tree safety, general overall tree health and, of course, catered to fit your budget. Cleanup is done on the same day using chipper machines and large enclosed dump trucks called "chip trucks."

Central Texas Tree Care has installed hundreds of cables in Austin area trees over the last 10 years and I am very proud of our record. Our highly trained and experienced staff properly installs more cables each year than just about any other local tree care company. Cabling and bracing trees are scientifically approved methods for supporting trees with split crotches, or for trees that have limbs or crotches that are predisposed to failure.

Central Texas Tree Care is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture to spray trees to control insects and disease. We have spray systems that can reach far up into a trees canopy to reach even the highest tree limbs. The ideal approach to pest management is to identify the problem before attempting a solution.
