Horrible. I moved in back in July and nothing was ready when I moved in and to this day every maintenance request that I put in gets dismissed and no work gets done. Everyone who works here is rude and nothing gets done.

As I have posted about before my rent has been paid for this month!!! Why are they saying I owe a whole months worth of rent and that it is late its not even January !! They dont answer when you call forcing you to go into the office and this has happened to me on multiple occasions; If I was to not correct this then they would turn my services off claiming I have a balance which I DO NOT MONEY HUNGRY I TELL YOU THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM AND GET OVER WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO LIVE THROUGH A PANDEMIC

VERY RUDE!!!! Sent in a maintenance order and it took a month for them to fix it. Then they tried to blame us for the faulty appliances.. this place is a a fake place for sure.

This apartment complex used to be decent when DTN managed it, ever since hunter lansing took over about a year ago it became trash. Office staff is always rude and unhelpful. They will try to scam you out of your money. And maintenance calls will likely be ignored. If they do come to fix an issue it will be weeks after you call, and after you threaten to withhold rent until it's fixed. Your car might get vandalized in the parking lot by your neighbors and don't worry, apartment management will do nothing about that either. The complex grounds always look unsightly and unkempt. I live across from them and they dont do anything about the noise. They have security that comes on weekends but they dont really do much. The residents there scream from 10pm to 3am almost every night. I have called the apartments and they were very rude to me and said they couldnt do anything about the obvious noise violations. I have had to call the police multiple times because it will be 3am and there will be people on the volleyball courts screaming all night.
