We do that by offering top of the line cardio equipment, free weights, machines, group fitness classes (such as cycling, Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, & Kettlebells), senior-specific classes, expert personal training (for individuals or small groups), clean locker rooms & amenities, childcare service, nutrition counseling, shake bar, free WiFi, and more!

Memberships

Members must provide credit card or bank information and are billed each month automatically. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. First month of membership is prorated after a one-time enrollment fee. All memberships include unlimited use of the facility, and 2 free introductory personal training sessions.

Our online gift cards are available for 3, 6, or 12 month "Bronze" level memberships. These memberships include unlimited use of the facility, and 2 free introductory personal training sessions! However, "Bronze" memberships do NOT include childcare or classes. Also available are dollar amounts that can be used towards any of our services!
