I've been going through some pretty tough time requiring certain needs from my Dr. Well instead of the Dr or practice in general dealing with me they'd rather tell me about how filled with COVID bs they are than help me with my depression. Appts don't get made properly cuz the ppl handling the phones can't understand what u need or think they know better. I still don't understand how I'm started on a medicine that made me fill worse and here it is 2 months later and I'm passed to the 3rd doctor or PA cuz no one seems to understand medications they r prescribing me. Save yourself the the issues

My appointment at healthcare partners was smoother than normal in and out..Love the doctor he was funny and gave me every detail that I need too know..Went to check out and Lisa was wonderful her personality is on point..The new staff better than the old staff

My wife and I moved to Conway 2 years ago. I picked HealthCare Partners for no other reason then they are the closest facility that takes TriCare. I have yet to develop a relationship with a doctor or PA because they leave soon after they arrive! Ive had 4 PAs in 2 years! This is unexceptable! Why? Relationships between doctor and patient are extremely important for trust and long term good health! If this continues, I will make the move to another facility! I have been told by workers that management is less then ideal; the turnovers are due to lack of good leadership and management ability

Don't go ever and I mean ever bother with this place most unprofessional, unorganized, impatient staff I ever seen in my life. One of the worst doctor offices I ever experienced. Still till this day they refuse to send over shot records.
