I just purchased a 2022 Subaru BRZ Limited today and I have NEVER had a better car sales experience. I live in WA State but was buying the car for my son who attends college in Helena. I emailed the dealership and I got an immediate response from my sales rep Ryan. We settled on a VERY fair price and he kept me up to date until the car arrived. I talked to the finance manager, Becky, ahead of time and she let me know what options were available for warranties with zero pressure. I was paying cash, so the deal was easy. I showed up, they showed me the car and the features and we had everything done

Placer Motors Subaru has been more than good to me over the years. Since my first LG wagon, up to my current Subaru LEGACY I have always been treated with respect. All of my questions have been answered so to be sure Im getting the right part for the regularly scheduled maintenance and repair. Subaru vehicles give me confidence in the winter, and I have continued great faith in the vehicles safety. Its nice to see that Placer is able to service a wide variety of vehicles as well. Trucks too

I just returned to Helena - but, I don't trust the service department here. I took my Subaru in for a service and they marked a few leaks down - when asked they said it was just wear. Hmm... a 2016 with 27k miles has an oil seal leak that is just wear? Subaru is a much better car than that.
Unfortunately, they don't seem to care much about my car. They seem unwilling or unable to explain much about the car / issues. But they are quick to say you need something more. Last summer, I brought my Subaru in due to three warning lights illuminating - it took them an hour and a half to find

I bought a Porsche 911 Turbo in September 2016 and the dealership reported the mileage incorrectly. I have emailed them 3 times but no response. My ebay listing shows a problem with the title because they reported two different mileage figures. Avoid this dealership is not trustworthy. I am now going to have to pay an attorney to chase them down. Avoid avoid avoid!@!@
