The er dept needs to pay attention I honestly don’t no how much clearer than I was but missed my symptoms completely from COVID screen and test to a trip to port Angeles for a diagnosis of shingles thanks guys better luck next time

Sorry folks, if you are looking for compassion and empathy from anyone that works here you will not find it here.. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know how uncaring and indifferent these workers are., it would be a blessing if one day they show up for work and truly choose to help humanity and not choose to show up for a paycheck... giving them even one star is calling it wrong.

In April I would have died without the care and kindness given me in the ICU. I am back to work and enjoying life today.

I have always had the best of care at this hospital. Now with the COVID-19 pandemic, they are taking extraordinary measures to keep everyone safe, even though it requires additional staff and less income. They are prompt, courteous, friendly and professional. The blood draws are painless, my treatment in the emergency room was immediate, with frequent check-ins by both the nurse and doctor - even headphones and TV available. They take extra measures to insure your privacy, safety and comfort.

Port Townsend has some Amazing Health and body care professionals. You won't find them here, though. They lost my records from an out patient surgery. I had an inept substitute prescribed me strong drugs on first visit. Yelled at by walk in clinic doc for not having a Shingles Vaccine that was never offered at age 53, after coming down with Shingles. Again, NP could not see me, too busy. Another doctor takes a phone call in the middle of injecting an epidural in my neck. Talked to 5 five different women over the phone about my health issue because my nurse practioner was sick for weeks before the

Took my husband in for kidney stones (10mm & 5mm). He was taken back immediately & his nurse, Robin was quick with the IV to start pain meds immediately. Dr Smith was very quick to get him diagnosed & treated and was empathetic towards his pain. The medical staff was professional & efficient. Patiently answered our questions & concerns. Hospital was very clean. We were in & out within 2-3 hours max. Will definitely go back if need low level trauma care. Thank you Robin, Dr Smith & Front reception Sara?Sheri? Thoughtful, efficient, professional care. I ended up in the ER unexpectedly due to a blood clot that was found in my leg after an ultra sound. From the minute we arrived, every staff member was friendly and efficient. We were taken into a room without a wait immediately where a team of four professionals introduced themselves and explained their role. They detailed the concern that the blood clot in my leg may have progressed to my lungs and they needed to do further testing as I was having difficulty breathing. Within minutes, I had met Dr. Parker for an overview of what to expect, I had my vitals

I came to the ER at 3am with terrible back & stomach pain, I was checked in quickly. The whole staff was very attentive, friendly & efficient. In no time I was diagnosed with an infected gall bladder & had to have surgery. The Doctor & Surgeon were very informative & reassuring, the whole process went smoothly & I was home the same day. Highly recommend this hospital! A huge thank you to the staff!!!❤

Jefferson Healthcare provided extraordinary care for my husband while we were visiting Port Townsend. From the 911 paramedics to the ER staff to the doctors, nurses and the whole medical team, my husband received excellent care throughout the 24 hours in hospital. It’s stressful to have a medical emergency in a location far from home but our experience at Jefferson Healthcare was so positive that we wish this facility and it’s very competent, caring, totally professional staff could be our hometown healthcare option.
