Whether it's your very first time or you already slay the pole and aerial game, we consider you to be part of the crew. Our close knit community is what makes us stand apart as a boutique pole dance studio in a specialized industry. Centrally located in the heart of Paducah, KY our studio vibe is one of inclusion, encouragement, and support--with a heavy dose of silliness.

Get ready for a 60 minute, calorie burning heart racing and muscle pumping workout! All of our classes contain elements of aerobic, flexibility and strength training to burn fat, strengthen your muscles and get you feeling amazing! Our ascension/levels based programming takes each student on a unique journey through progressive "levels, " of classes.

Our Hera Membership is priced at only $45/month and allows students to take any 8 classes they would like each month - choose from pole, silks, or conditioning! That's 2 classes a week! Open gym is also included for free as well as discounts on private classes! Our Artemis membership is only $75 a month.
FAQ/Policies

We recommend that you wear comfortable fitness attire. Shorts, sports bra, and yoga pants are recommended. As you advance in our curriculum, skin contact with the pole will be an important factor. Please do NOT apply lotion on hands or body before pole classes as it will interfere with your ability to grip the pole.
