Tri-State Community Healthcare Center

The Tri-State Community Healthcare Center (TSCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with clinics located in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Mohave Valley Counties. Federally Qualified Health Centers are community-based health care providers that receive funds from the HRSA Health Center Program to provide primary care services in underserved areas.

The Tri-State Community Healthcare Center's (TSCHC) mission is to provide primary health care for those residing in the Needles area of California and its surrounding communities. This will be accomplished through an organized health delivery system that includes outreach non-profit organizations. Aram Manoukian is one of the original founders of Tri-State Community Healthcare Center and has been with the organization since inception in 2011. Prior to joining the Tri-State Community Healthcare as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Aram Manoukian has demonstrated over 20 years of experience in the management and development of health care programs.

The Board of Directors of TSCHC is a combination of patients, community members, and staff. They are responsible for governance of the Community Health Center of at least 51% patient representation. The Board of Directors is a valuable resource to the organization and provides active oversight to all phases of organizational activities.
