Really surprised with how bad their office is. Today was my third time booking airport transportation. First and second time the pickup was late 20-30 minutes. Today they didn't even show up. No calls no text messages and no one picking up either phone number listed on their site. I don't know how they are still in business.

We had a very good experience with Paramount's Ciros!!! He was professional, pleasant, friendly and most of all an EXCELLENT Driver. I will use them anytime. We had a two hour commute to Palm Springs area from Rancho Mirage.

EDIT to my post below: Michael" who is responding to these Yelp comments is the person I spoke to on the phone. He is lying about our 4-minute conversation. I should have read the reviews below about his lying before calling. He tried to insult me with laughable comparisons claiming I was negotiating- I was not- I only asked the prices. I did not ask for any discount like he makes it seem. He is nuts if he thinks publishing rude and completely fabricated responses like the one below to mine and others will win him more clients. It won't. Bottom line- don't take my word for it. Look
