At Loudoun Montessori School all the lead teachers are qualified professionals who hold a college degree and an American Montessori Society certification. Each classroom has a certified teacher to direct the class and a trained assistant to work with her/him. Our classroom assistants are trained to handle many responsibilites.

Staff members have additional training in areas of child development, discipline and playground supervision. We encourage as much training as an employee might want to pursue. We require our staff to be trained yearly in CPR, First Aid and Health Screening. Mrs. Renu has over 15 years of experience of Montessori Teaching.

Kindergarten Program
Report
Our Kindergarten class hums with motivated, focused activity. It is in the Kindergarten year that your child will be "at the top of the class" in terms of seniority. The responsibility and pride students feel in this role gives a great sense of accomplishment. The multi-age experience offers many opportunities for five year-olds to help the younger children and to be competent role models.
