They are both residency trained in ocular disease management from fully-accredited residency programs. Only approximately 10 percent of graduating optometric physicians complete residencies. Our board-certified, licensed optician, Vincent Campbell, has over 30 years of experience and has been a part of our practice since its inception.

Dr. Justine Chen is originally from Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies, where she graduated high school as the top student in the twin island nation. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree cum laude in Zoology at the University of Florida and her Doctorate in Optometry magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University where she received an award for excellence in clinical performance.
