For this reason, owls need flexible necks, as they have to turn the entire head to change views. They can move their heads 270 degrees in either direction (nearly all the way around!) Julie is a technology professional who leads the technology design efforts at Indiana University for innovative classrooms and informal learning spaces. Through her work, she was inspired to design and create VisionLoft. She believes that VisionLoft will bring together space and technology to empower people to generate new ideas and move their vision forward.
