IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING I WOULD. I implore everyone not to utilize this dental practice. Prior to scheduling my appointment I confirmed with my dental insurance provider that the office was a participating provider. The billing coordinator at this office is extremely unprofessional and was not courtesy. I was informed that that she could not confirm my insurance and when I informed that I have a contact person that would be able to explain my benefits. She stated that it is not her responsibility to identify the providing insurance. You have to be kidding me the basis of your

Everyone in the office is an absolute pleasure I have been seeing Dr. Klein for quite some time now. Bobby jo at the front desk is always so helpful and sweet. As well as Dawn she made me feel comfortable and gave great advice I cant wait for her to clean my teeth again! Highly recommend!
