This was a great cheap, accessible option for my cousins and I to get to the coast from portland! Takes a bit of time but through rain and snow our bus drivers got us where we needed to be within 15 min of the estimated arrival!! I'll definitely take Point again in the future.

Save your money. We paid these clowns $1,500 for a wedding shuttle and expected three things: a functional bus, a competent driver, and the ability to get to and from a venue on time. Our guests ended up having to call Uber because the bus broke down on the way to the venue. NW Nav got a different bus for pickup but the driver got lost and drove 30 minutes in the wrong direction. Come on guys you had the easiest job of all our vendors. Utterly disappointing.

You had one job! Get people to and from a venue without the bus falling apart and without getting lost. Swing and a miss! The bus broke down and our guests had to take Ubers. The bus showed up sometime later and promised to get the guests back to the hotel in one piece, but the driver immediately got lost and drove a half hour in the wrong direction. I don't think I've ever written a negative review for anything but these jokers really earned for it.

Unable to provide a quote for a wedding shuttle. Went back and forth on numerous emails trying to clarify what we had clearly asked for and they were still unable to share a quote that included two runs from venue site to hotel. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere
