Our Projects

We developed an abandoned, 17-acre, gravel bank and former Quonset Drive-In, into a 30 million dollar, mixed-use project consisting of a condominium and apartment community with an adjacent commercial component. The project involved working with the Town to draft a new zoning district to accommodate the Town's first sole site, mixed-use project.
