These are about the nicest apartments in Centerville, and they are in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, and close to everything, I will give it that.
I stayed here for two years. When I moved in, the apartment had a terrible odor, and the carpet was oddly damp. Our feet were getting wet while moving things in. The carpet smelled heavily of dog urine right in front of the sliding glass door. When I was finally able to speak to the manager, she ordered for new carpet to put in. When they ripped up the carpet, the padding underneath was soaked from the carpet shampoo guy from 2 days before. The
