Report
Patient will come in and fill out all necessary paperwork and provide insurance information if applicable. Patient will then be taken through a thorough history and exam. it will then be determined if patient needs imaging. If so they will be sent to Helen Joy here in Newberry just up the block with a specific order as to what is needed.
