Our concept was-and still is-simple: New York-style Italian, with a little bit of everything from the different regions of Italy. Consistency is the cornerstone of our food and service. Many of our employees have been with us for the long haul (Doug Neff 22 years, Charles Browning 21 years, Dave LePard 15 years, and Andrew Alburger 13 years), which in no small way contributes to our philosophy of providing a reliably good dining experience.

DaVinci's has been in the same location at 17 W. Bullion St. for more than 20 years. The "cozy cottage" is about 100 years old (no one knows for sure) and holds a special place in the history of Hailey. The building has previously been home to everything from a flop house to a free store to multiple restaurants.
