Services include property inspections, winterization, leaf and snow removal, and general repairs. Each visit generates detailed reports with repair recommendations, while our in-house maintenance team handles plumbing, electrical, drywall, and remodeling projects. This proactive approach helps preserve property value and prevent costly emergency repairs for investment and second-home owners.
Long-Term Leasing
Our full-service leasing program includes property marketing, tenant screening, lease preparation, and rent collection. The Finders Fee program offers a cost-effective solution for locating qualified tenants, charging a fee equivalent to one month's rent while allowing owners to manage ongoing rental operations independently.

We have been renting from PMG Rentals out of osage beach for about 2 years now. They are absolutely amazing. I usually always deal with Hazel when I have an issue or need maintenance on the house we are renting. They are super efficient and quick to get a work order turned in and have someone from maintenance come out and fix the issue. I am also a little particular about people being in my house when I am not home, especially because i have two teenagers and they are very good about working around my schedule so I am home when someone comes out. I have never had any issues with the maintenance
