Whoever we talked to was completely rude and insulting while we dealt with them. All we wanted was a quote on a trailer hitch installation & and he very short and rude about it. Can’t imagine this man is any more polite in person, we only dealt with him on the phone. terrible service. 0/10 would never recommend

My car wouldn’t start when we were staying at Lone Rock Beach. We put in a new battery and got it to the hotel but the next morning it wouldn’t start again. We had to travel home that day so we had the car towed to B & L. They had it for a week and could not find anything wrong with it. We came and picked it up a week later and they did not charge me anything at all. They could have told me anything and charged me allot. I appreciate their honesty!

Was on my road trip through the national parks when my car started to smoke passing through Page. Decided to get it checked here since we would have the most options of mechanics here vs other places. We were seen in 3 hours time and my car got looked over, checked for reason of smoking etc. They told we had nothing wrong and that we would be good to continue the road trip with no charge at all to check out my car. Highly recommend this mechanic as any car troubles would of put a damper on the trip.

Clutch stopped working 300 miles from home. AAA referred me to another shop which was too busy to repair for until the following week so the tow truck driver recommended B&L. Owner was honest that he wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle until the next day due to being so busy, but sure enough, the next day he called me back with a quote. The price was reasonable (I Googled it), and the work was complete by the end of the day. Car has had no issues since, and he even offered to give me a ride back from the rental car facility. Very pleased!!

This type of service you don't see anymore. The owner personally took the time to help me in a real pinch. We are from out of town and needed quick help. He took such great care of us. Oh my goodness! You you ever have ac problems this is the place! We were just starting our vacation on Powell and figured we would have to leave our truck and take care of it when we ended our trip. We were NOT looking forward to that. Everyone wants to go home after vaca. We took it in and Chad took at look at it and said the motor went out and was a simple fix and it would take an hour to fix. Say what ! Within an hour it was fixed and reasonably priced!! Thank you so much. If we or anyone else in our group ever have problems we are coming here.

Our car broke down on our way to the Grand Canyon. Kyle and his team did an amazing job and very quickly. It was not just the amazing they they did, but they showed concern regarding our situation and did what they could to help us out. I just want to let you know I really appreciate it. This review is 11 months late but I was reminiscing about a trip I made through the southwest and I was passing through Page when I was having car trouble that would have resulted in me being stranded if I didn't get it taken care of... this was between christmas and new year and I drive an old car so they didn't have the part that I needed. It was right before the weekend and they weren't going to be open because it was the holiday so I was about to be left in Page for a couple days until they got the part and opened up after the holiday weekend. But these guys went above and beyond

The nicest and most helpful guys!! Very trustworthy and didn't try to take advantage of us. We stopped on our way out of town to get our battery checked after it had died and they immediately made sure everything was functioning and cleaned the battery terminals before our trip! Definitely would recommend.

In a world where an estimated 2/3 of auto mechanics will screw you over in some regard, I feel like I can trust these guys. Michael the owner personally took care of my questions, and they got the labor done in good time at a good rate. Just a headlight replacement with an electrical issue. Didn't watch them do the work because I didn't need to. Everything came out great.

My 2 kids and I were traveling from Calif and our a/c went out on a very hot trip. We stopped at a place along the way and was told $900 for a new a/c. I choose to wait until Page, AZ. Michael took a look at it and it was only a switch and cost me $100!

We were headed back after a week long trip at Lake Powell and noticed our trailer tire for our boat was completely shredded. We stopped by a few tire shops on our way out of town and each one said they wouldn't be able to get us in from a few hours to a few days! Called B&L and they said they could get us in right away. The owner was super accommodating and had an employee get right on our tire swap. I have nothing but praise and am very grateful to have been taken care of so well. This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. We were back on our way home in no time

I had a transmission pan replaced. I had purchased the wrong fluid. The mechanic noticed my mistake and informed me right away. He saved me lots of money. They are very friendly and their estimates noth of time snd cots have been very accurate. I will continue to be a faithful customer for all my automotive repair needs.

These guys got me in very first thing Monday morning, quickly completed the repairs (did some extra stuff that needed to be done too), and got me back on the road as soon as possible. They could of charged me anything they wanted to fix it, but actually charged me significantly less than the shop back home quoted me for the same repair.
