Services
Routine Eye Exam
Our comprehensive eye exams use advanced technology to assess visual acuity, eye health, and prescription needs. We detect early signs of conditions like cataracts and macular degeneration while updating corrective lens prescriptions. Annual exams are recommended for adults, with more frequent visits for seniors or those with existing eye conditions.
Contact Lens Exam
Specialized fittings ensure optimal comfort and vision with contact lenses. We evaluate corneal shape, tear film quality, and lifestyle needs to recommend daily, bi-weekly, or specialty lenses. Our process includes trial lenses and training for proper insertion and care techniques.
LASIK Consultation
We determine LASIK candidacy through corneal mapping and vision stability assessments. Our consultations evaluate eye health, discuss lifestyle needs, and coordinate with top surgeons for procedures. Alternative options like PRK or implantable lenses are presented when LASIK isn't suitable.
Medical Eye Care
We diagnose and manage conditions like glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye syndrome. Our urgent care services address sudden vision changes or injuries. We use fundus photography for early detection and coordinate specialist referrals for complex cases.
Orthokeratology
Ortho-K lenses reshape the cornea overnight to correct myopia and astigmatism. This non-surgical solution provides daytime vision clarity without glasses. We offer custom fittings with follow-up visits to ensure optimal results for active individuals and children.

Doctor was fine, but the front office team was unprofessional and rude--I won't be going back, and wouldn't recommend this provider. On my way out, I checked repeatedly with the front desk if there was a copay or forms, and they said no. Shortly later, I get a weirdly aggressive phone call from their front desk saying that I didn't pay my copay and implying they would come after me for non-payment. Seriously??? I asked them about co-pay twice, but clearly they were too busy chit-chatting to pay attention. They could have easily admitted their mistake and handled this gracefully

Excellent service. I arrived late but they still got me in for my appointment. They also have an excellent variety of frames to choose from.

Maybe I had wrong expectations but $326.75 billed for insurance for 20 minutes eye exam is a lot. I also had to pay extra with $ to get eyes measurement ($49) and I believe ~$30 for not using eye drops. It's like ~$400 for just getting a prescription for glasses :/

Unprofessional. Staff doesn't seem to be on the same page about basic operations.
Scheduled an appointment for an annual eye exam and specifically asked details (e.g., If it would be a dilated eye exam) and the cost. They said due to covid instead of dilating eyes, they'd take a retinal photo and it would cost me the same $20 out of pocket and my insurance VSP would cover the rest. However, when I went in for my appointment they added another $20 for the retinal exam. I was pretty annoyed because they wasted my time, and I ended up walking out.

I just see Dr. Jacob every two years or so, but each time I am reminded of the reason I always return to her. A medical professional who doesn't hide behind a lab coat, she and her staff go out of their way to make a memorable personal connection while seamlessly providing high-end care. Her neighborhood location is cozy, classy, and convenient, and I am happy to recommend her services to anyone with eye care needs.
