Services
Physical Therapy
Comprehensive physical therapy addressing musculoskeletal conditions through customized treatment plans. Our licensed therapists utilize manual techniques and evidence-based practices to restore mobility and reduce pain. Services include post-operative recovery, chronic pain management, and functional restoration for work/sports injuries.
Dry Needling
Advanced dry needling treatment targets muscle trigger points to accelerate healing and improve blood flow. Our certified practitioners use ultra-fine needles with minimal discomfort to treat sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-surgical recovery cases, helping patients regain full range of motion.
Cupping Therapy
Therapeutic cupping sessions promote pain relief and improved circulation through controlled suction. This non-invasive treatment addresses muscle tension, inflammation, and soft tissue restrictions while complementing other rehabilitation techniques for enhanced recovery outcomes.
Functional Evaluations
Specialized functional capacity evaluations determine work readiness and rehabilitation progress. These comprehensive assessments guide treatment planning for work-related injuries, pre-employment screenings, and disability management cases using standardized testing protocols.
Spine Manual Therapy
Scientifically validated spine manual therapy treats back and neck conditions through hands-on techniques. Our McKenzie-certified therapists achieve 90% success rates by correcting movement patterns and addressing disc issues, degenerative conditions, and postural imbalances.

I chose OSPT for therapy when I tore the ligaments in my ankle. I was taught about my injury and felt very included in my plan for recovery from the very beginning. I did physical therapy for 3 months, and I saw results very quickly. The team here felt just like close friends and family after just a few sessions, and I always looked forward to my appointments. When I inevitably find my clumsy self in need of PT in the future, I'll definitely turn to my friends at OSPT to sort me out. A huge thanks to the team for the love and care you show your patients! Y'all are the best!

Highly recommend. The office staff is friendly, professional, and always very helpful setting up appointments around my work schedule; the techs actually work one-on-one with you to make sure you are doing exercises correctly regardless if it is your first day or 50th in the gym instead of talking amongst themselves; and both PTs are willing to try a variety of methods to ease pain and listen to their clients to create a personalized plan rather than just prescribing the same routine to everyone. The clinic itself is immaculate and Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment
